Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for assigned stations, including measuring, cutting, peeling, and slicing, according to recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitized prep area before, during, and after use, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored
- Monitor inventory levels of side dish ingredients and communicate needs to the sous chef throughout the shift
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as outlined by management and in compliance with city, state, and federal regulations
- Support the entire kitchen team, assisting with tasks across prep, dishwashing, and the line as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
