Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience in food prep in a busy kitchen environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service

- Experience in food preparation in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant setting
- Open flexibility to work various shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for assigned stations including measuring cutting peeling and slicing according to recipe specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitized prep area before during and after use ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cleaned and stored
- Monitor inventory levels of side dish ingredients and communicate needs to the Sous Chef throughout the shift
- Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines as outlined by management and in compliance with city state and federal regulations
- Support the entire kitchen team assisting with tasks across prep dishwashing and the line as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
