Job Duties
- assist with opening and closing procedures for smooth operations
- prepare and set up your station to ensure readiness for service
- adhere to safety protocols for handling dishes and chemicals
- set up clean trash cans at the start of shifts and ensure proper waste disposal
- maintain open communication with management about issues or needs
- thoroughly clean and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- assist with sanitizing kitchen tools and preparing ingredients, maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, report equipment issues, support kitchen staff during busy periods
