Job Duties
- Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking
- cooking and arranging food
- setting up and stocking food items and supplies
- cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
- maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage
- cleaning and sanitizing cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
- managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders
