Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
  • Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members
  • Ability to follow Ruby Slipper's recipes, cooking methods, and quality standards
  • Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to work in a standing position for up to 10 hours
  • Willingness to work day shifts only

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of kitchen preparation and cooking experience
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work standing for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation standards
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot food products accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and portion food prior to cooking
  • Plate and garnish cooked food items attractively
  • Follow Ruby Slipper's recipes and quality standards consistently
  • Maintain clean and sanitary work area
  • Communicate clearly with managers and team members
  • Comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
