Job Requirements
- Must have at least three years of line cook experience
- Basic knife skills are required
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be capable of taking direction and following recipes accurately
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
- Preferably experienced in Mexican fine dining
- Proficient basic cooking skills including knife techniques
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on a single station
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation protocols
