Job Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other employees
  • Detect and identify safety issues, and comply with safety guidelines and standards
  • Lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
  • Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workspace and storage areas
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently including ovens, grills, and knives
  • Assist in receiving and stocking inventory
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist in maintaining proper plating and presentation standards
