Job Duties

Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with guests, families and visitors
support a positive, healthy environment through kind words and encouragement
