- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment
- assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation
- continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer
