Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle knives safely
Prior experience in food preparation preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina

Job Qualifications

Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

Ability to handle knives and to operate kitchen equipment
Assist line cooks and pantry when necessary with food preparation
Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary prep area, walk-in cooler and freezer
