Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food preparation experience is advantageous
- ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- able to lift 50-100 pounds as needed
- comfort working in hot and cold environments
- strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- punctuality and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- professional attitude and team player mentality
- valid state/local food handler's card where applicable

Job Duties
- Prepare food items and ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions
- safely and effectively use kitchen tools and equipment including knives
- maintain food safety and quality standards
- multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- communicate any food delays or issues to the kitchen team
- properly store and label ingredients to maintain freshness
- keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
- follow sanitation and safety guidelines at all times
