Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good physical stamina to handle kitchen duties
- Ability to read and interpret prep sheets and recipes
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to teamwork and quality preparation
