Job Requirements
- valid food service permit

Job Duties
- obtain and maintain a valid food service permit
- follow prep sheets and food handling procedures
- adhere to shelf life of products according to recipes
- demonstrate proper food storage in refrigeration and dry storage areas
- manage station preparedness including product utilization, rotation, shelf life, and portioning
- ensure all prepared food meets company quality standards
- record and minimize food waste
- prepare station for anticipated business levels
- practice clean as you go techniques
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- demonstrate safe knife skills
- use kitchen equipment safely and follow safety procedures
- know and prepare all menu items in the station
- label and date all prepared food items
- prepare section to be ready at scheduled times
- follow recipes precisely
- assist team members for order accuracy and speed
- engage professionally with fans, coworkers, and managers
- know company products, services, promotions, and events
- follow supervisor directions including side work and cleaning
- attend training sessions
- work various shifts including late hours, holidays, and weekends
- work well in fast-paced environments and under pressure
- demonstrate good time management and communication skills
- follow company and state safety guidelines
- continuously stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
