Job Duties
- Handling and preparing food at various stations within a scratch kitchen
- conducting final food preparation including plating and garnishing
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies
- collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food production
- communicating effectively with team members and management
