Job Qualifications

  • experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
  • ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • good communication skills
  • prior experience in a scratch kitchen preferred

Job Duties

  • Handling and preparing food at various stations within a scratch kitchen
  • conducting final food preparation including plating and garnishing
  • maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • following food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food production
  • communicating effectively with team members and management
