Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • must be 18 or over
  • training in food preparation or experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one within 60 days
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, push, pull or carry at least 50lbs
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements
  • operate standard kitchen utensils and equipment safely and efficiently
  • cut and slice meat, wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
  • mix ingredients for various salads
  • maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstation
  • ensure high quality and fresh food products are delivered timely
  • perform opening and closing side work as required
