Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 or over
- training in food preparation or experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one within 60 days
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, pull or carry at least 50lbs
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold foods following company recipes and portioning requirements
- operate standard kitchen utensils and equipment safely and efficiently
- cut and slice meat, wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
- mix ingredients for various salads
- maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of workstation
- ensure high quality and fresh food products are delivered timely
- perform opening and closing side work as required
