Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or culinary arts preferred
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handler certification may be required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods ranging 6-12 hours
- Ability to lift push pull and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow food safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Manual dexterity and coordination for food preparation tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or culinary arts large-volume kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques knife skills and kitchen operations
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations sanitation practices and HACCP guidelines
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification may be required
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required for stadium events
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes including chopping vegetables marinating proteins and measuring spices
- Assist in cooking hot and cold foods according to Core signatures and recipes
- Prepare items on production sheets following quantities recipes and portion control
- Complete daily production worksheets ensuring accurate waste logs and inventory
- Operate and clean kitchen equipment ensuring adherence to proper handling and safety procedures
- Ensure food items are properly stored labeled and dated according to standards following food safety guidelines
- Comply with all health safety and sanitation regulations
- Complete prep duties including washing dishes taking inventory and restocking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work station including sinks counters and cooking equipment
- Follow established safety standards for food handling cooking and storage
- Work with Kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
- Assist with all event types including catering department specific products game day events
- Perform all other duties as assigned
