  • acquire and maintain a Tennessee food handler permit within 14 days of onboarding
  • must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
  • ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions

Job Duties

  • Responsible for preparation of all restaurant foods, meeting specifications and guaranteeing appropriate attention to detail is demonstrated
  • properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
  • maintain solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards and basic culinary techniques
  • display ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
  • keep station clean and organized
  • manage workload as it relates to you and the schedule
  • communicate clearly with chefs on product concerns and outages
  • display ability to read and execute core recipes
  • follows company policies and procedures
