- acquire and maintain a Tennessee food handler permit within 14 days of onboarding
- must be able to work nights, weekends and some holidays
- ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions

Job Duties
- Responsible for preparation of all restaurant foods, meeting specifications and guaranteeing appropriate attention to detail is demonstrated
- properly label and date all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- maintain solid knowledge of all food products, sanitation standards and basic culinary techniques
- display ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- keep station clean and organized
- manage workload as it relates to you and the schedule
- communicate clearly with chefs on product concerns and outages
- display ability to read and execute core recipes
- follows company policies and procedures
