Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

- Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs throughout the shift
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop
- Capability to push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
- Basic English language proficiency for communication
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Physical ability to perform the duties including lifting and prolonged standing
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking and service according to recipes and standards
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas
- Follow food safety and handling procedures meticulously
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and inventory of kitchen supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality meal production
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Uphold quality and presentation standards for all prepared dishes
