Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food knowledge
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs independently
- Must be able to stand or walk for 8-10 hours a day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift overhead
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food preparation is a plus
