Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs independently
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to perform reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting overhead
  • Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

  • Support cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
