Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift 15 lbs independently for extended periods
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs while carrying items
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8 to 10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull and lift overhead
  • Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
