Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Physical ability to lift 15 lbs independently for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs while carrying items
- Ability to stand or walk for 8 to 10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull and lift overhead
- Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
