Job Requirements
- ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- basic English language and professional communication skills
- ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours per day
- ability to lift up to 15lbs independently
- ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or line cooking preferred
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
