Job Requirements

  • ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • basic English language and professional communication skills
  • physical ability to lift up to 15lbs for extended periods
  • ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for 8-10 hours per shift
  • hand-eye coordination
  • capability to perform reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting overhead
  • must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

Job Qualifications

  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
  • strong communication skills in English
  • prior experience in a food preparation or kitchen role preferred but not required
  • commitment to quality service and food standards
  • ability to work calmly under pressure

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients and food items as assigned by management
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
  • follow safety and food handling procedures
  • work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment
  • ensure product quality and consistency by following recipes accurately
  • assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies
  • operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
