Job Requirements

Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Basic English language and professional communication skills are required
Able to independently lift to 15lbs for an extended period
Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
Hand-eye coordination
Reaching, bending twisting, stooping
Pushing and pulling
Lifting overhead
Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels

Job Qualifications

Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Effective communication skills in English
Commitment to quality service and food safety
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Prepare food ingredients according to standardized recipes and management instructions
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations and equipment
Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure product consistency
Assist in the timely assembly of food items during service hours
Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines strictly
Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service demands
Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive kitchen environment
