Job Requirements
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shifts
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to perform reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping
- Capability to push, pull, and lift overhead
- Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
