Job Requirements

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • Basic English language and professional communication skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs independently
  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs during shifts
  • Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
  • Hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to perform reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping
  • Capability to push, pull, and lift overhead
  • Ability to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants
