Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- prior kitchen or food preparation work preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to lift up to 45 lbs

Job Duties
- Prepare recipes as directed
- measure ingredients and prepare them in accordance with chef's specifications
- wash and peel ingredients for use in meals
- cut and portion different types of meat according to specifications
- prepare various food items carefully following recipes
- accept or reject ingredients based on appearance and quality
- keep track of ingredient quantities to ensure sufficient stock
- store ingredients properly to preserve freshness
- clean and sanitize working surfaces, tools, utensils, and work areas
- monitor and maintain appropriate food and cooling room temperatures
- follow directions carefully
- maintain safe working and sanitary conditions
- adhere to Food & Beverage department rules
- maintain regular attendance
- work at all ASM Global venues in Wichita and Andover
- perform other duties as assigned
