  • food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and instructions
  • assist chefs in food preparation and kitchen organization
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen

  • help manage inventory and stock supplies
  • support kitchen team during high-volume service periods
  • collaborate with team members to meet menu quality standards
