Job Duties
- Wash, peel, chop, slice, and portion ingredients
- measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes
- assist with basic cooking tasks such as sauces, stocks, vegetables, proteins
- maintain clean and organized prep stations
- follow food safety and sanitation standards
- label and properly store food items
- rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out)
- assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
- clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- support line cooks during peak service times as needed
