Job Duties
- Wash, chop, slice, and prepare ingredients for event menus
- assist line cooks and chefs with food prep and station setup
- label, store, and rotate ingredients following food safety standards
- maintain clean, organized prep areas and equipment
- support breakdown and post-event kitchen cleanup
