Job Duties
- Assumes responsibility for ensuring that their assigned position for their shift meets business standards and we can appropriately serve the guest any food item on our menu
- Cook or re-heat food items
- Clean and organize kitchen areas
- Wash dishes and smallware after use
- Prepare food safely and per Costa Vida standards by following menu builds and recipes
- Comply with appropriate cleaning and sanitizing of workstation
- May input data into a food safety checklist system
- Work multiple positions with assistance from management
- Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
