Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior cooking and/or prep experience
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and some weekends
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers

  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use and cleaning procedures
  • Good communication skills to interact with team and customers
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining high sanitation and safety standards
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time schedules including some weekends

Job Duties

  • Obtains daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
  • Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
  • Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
  • Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use
  • Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and follows HACCP guidelines
  • Completes all required documentation, reports, logs as required
  • Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time
  • Uses approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
  • Resolves customer concerns
  • Performs other duties as assigned
