Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful
  • Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies
  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items needed for meal service following established recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep areas
  • Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly
  • Support the culinary team in daily food preparation tasks
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Participate in inventory checks and report shortages
