Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment is helpful
- Compliance with Florida's Care Provider Background Screening process
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare food items needed for meal service following established recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep areas
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly
- Support the culinary team in daily food preparation tasks
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Participate in inventory checks and report shortages
