Job Requirements

- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Wash, chop, slice, portion, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and prep lists
- Label, date, rotate, and store food following food safety standards
- Assist cooks with station setup and breakdown
- Prepare sauces, stocks, dressings, and batch recipes as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of prep areas, coolers, and storage spaces
- Follow sanitation and health department guidelines
- Assist with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality
