Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards for food quality and safety

Job Duties

  • Grill and prepare high-quality burgers and other menu items with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
  • Support cross-training efforts by learning multiple kitchen stations including dishwashing and food prep
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards including ServSafe guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
  • Provide exceptional guest service through quality food preparation and teamwork
