Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years old
- ability to work from mid-May to mid-September
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- reliable and punctual
- valid work authorization
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation or cooking
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Set up, sanitize, and break down prep stations
- prepare items according to prep list created by kitchen management
- prepare food by adhering strictly to recipes and maintaining quality control
- ensure all food items are properly stored and easily accessible
- supervise food cooling, walk-in and freezer temperatures
- maintain a clean, organized and sanitized kitchen
- assist with unloading deliveries and other tasks as they arise
- adhere to top level CDC and Alaska State Food, Safety and Cleanliness guidelines
