Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Obtains daily production schedule from the Chef
  • Prepares items following established quantities and recipes
  • Completes production worksheets and waste log sheets
  • Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures
  • Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy
  • Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety
  • Serves customers efficiently and resolves customer concerns
