Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
- reliable transportation to and from various state park locations
- willingness to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- complete and truthful work history documentation required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment helpful
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- set up workstations and ingredients according to prep lists
- label and stock ingredients on shelves for organization and accessibility
- measure ingredients and seasonings for cooking
- prepare cooking ingredients and simple dishes
- maintain a clean and orderly kitchen meeting food safety standards
- ensure proper storage of food and kitchen items
- comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
