Job Duties
- Preparing food to OTB specifications
- ensuring proper rotation of all products and stocking to requirements
- completing assigned prep work, set up, and break down of the kitchen
- communicating cook times, cleaning, and sanitizing throughout the shift
- maintaining kitchen organization and cleanliness
- collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
