Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- at least two years of professional kitchen experience or culinary training required
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- valid FL driver’s license and successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen
- basic knife skills
- understanding of kitchen equipment
- accuracy in following recipes and instructions
- strong work ethic

Job Duties
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- assist in preparing café options for guests including coffee, salad, sandwiches
- assist with keeping the café clean and guest ready
- rotate products adequately
- set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- label and store food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas, coolers, and storage
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling and storage of ingredients
- ensure compliance with HACCP and local health department regulations
- communicate effectively with supervisor and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate food production
- participate in kitchen deep cleaning and inventory as needed
