Job Duties

  • Retrieve storage items necessary and measure, portion, and prepare all food items complying with all quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate with the chef for any special instructions or training
  • Maintain food, utensils, and equipment in a clean and orderly manner
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
  • Follow all safety, security, kitchen, and ServSafe procedures upholding all health codes and sanitation regulations
