- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift up to 25 lbs several times a day
- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant setting is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant industry experience in the kitchen areas strongly preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- At least 16 years of age
- Authorized to work in the US
- Proficiency in English

Job Duties
- Prepare a diverse range of food items following Company recipes and specifications
- Utilize knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales and other tools for food preparation
- Safely operate mixing and other food prep equipment safely, including slicers and other large commercial equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas during and after service
- Follow food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring proper cooking, cooling, and cleaning procedures ensuring compliance with health department guidelines
- Follow verbal and written instructions, communicating effectively and professionally with coworkers and management
- Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Close the kitchen properly and complete deep clean projects as directed by the management team
- Stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
