Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours
  • ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to personal and food safety standards
  • reliable and honest work ethic
  • flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and plating guides accurately
  • excellent work ethic and punctuality
  • ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • openness to coaching and mentoring
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Follow all company safety guidelines including personal standards, food quality standards, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene
  • assist in all aspects of food preparation and presentation
  • perform all assigned prep work with accurate labeling and dating
  • ensure 100% accuracy in following recipes and plating guides
  • receive product and deliveries and audit product for accuracy and dates
  • manage cleanliness of walk-in and kitchen area
  • sanitize workstations between prep jobs to prevent cross-contamination
  • sweep and mop kitchen area as necessary every 30 minutes
  • handle utensils, dishes, and equipment carefully to minimize breakage
  • read all notices and attend team member meetings
  • maintain punctuality and strong work ethic
  • be open to constructive feedback and cross-training
  • perform other related duties as assigned
