Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • Follow recipes, procedures, specifications, and techniques
  • Assist in receiving goods and inventory management
  • Maintain proper storage and rotation of products
  • Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, knives, and equipment
  • Monitor and maintain proper temperature of kitchen equipment
  • Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
