Job Duties
- Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
- Follow recipes, procedures, specifications, and techniques
- Assist in receiving goods and inventory management
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of products
- Practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, knives, and equipment
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature of kitchen equipment
- Perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
