Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- successful completion of ongoing training or certification programs as required
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
- able to lift and move weights up to 75 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, humid, and sometimes smoky environment

Job Duties
- preparing meats, fresh salads, vegetables, dressings, sides, etc
- handling and portioning items accurately and safely
- labeling, dating, rotating and storing all items produced
- ensuring all food items live up to Sonny's standards
- maintaining cleanliness and organization in the prep area
- assisting in inventory control and stock management
- participating in ongoing training and certification programs
