Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients for cooking and meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring
- Ensure the kitchen and line are stocked with necessary supplies to complete food orders on time
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Assist chefs and line cooks with food preparation tasks as needed
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the prep station and kitchen area
- Support the kitchen team by communicating effectively and working collaboratively
- Adhere to Yard House’s house rules and culture by bringing positive energy and dedication to every shift
