- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- physical capability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- strong communication skills

- basic kitchen knowledge preferred

Job Duties
- wash and chop produce
- measure ingredients
- prep stations by following prep list
- follow strict food safety and sanitation standards including proper food handling storage and labeling
- work closely with the kitchen team ensuring proper food preparation for a smooth and efficient food service
- maintain a clean organized workspace by performing cleaning tasks sanitizing equipment and organizing food storage
- follow safety policies and procedures including proper knife and kitchen utensil handling and wearing proper protective gear and maintaining a safe working environment
