Job Duties
- Coordinate and organize the preparation of scratch-made food items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure proper measurements and ingredient usage
- Maintain shelf lives and monitor food quality
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Clean and stay organized throughout shifts
- Support teamwork by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff
- Transport items and containers up to 50 pounds as needed
