Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, fry chef or salad chef
  • Knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • Understanding of sanitation procedures

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and organize the preparation of scratch-made food items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure proper measurements and ingredient usage
  • Maintain shelf lives and monitor food quality
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Clean and stay organized throughout shifts
  • Support teamwork by collaborating effectively with kitchen staff
  • Transport items and containers up to 50 pounds as needed
