Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant prep cook experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
- Passion for excellence and superior service standards
- Open availability including mornings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand walk bend lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature environments
- Ability to maintain a positive productive attitude in a demanding work environment

- 1 year of prep experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
- Passion for excellence superior service standards and a positive attitude
- Open availability including mornings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand walk and move throughout the shift including frequent bending lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds and stooping
- Ability to remain positive and productive in a potentially hot or cold work environment
Job Duties
- Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies ensuring proper inventory control
- Cook and prepare menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff according to the Hogsalt Recipe Index ensuring food quality and time standards are met
- Maintain high level of communication understand verbiage for call backs of menu items and keep lines of dialogue open and relevant to service
- Answer report to and follow instructions and direction from Prep Lead Sous Chef Executive Chef or other leadership
- Properly clean and break down station at end of service ensuring all food handling and food storage standards are met
- Ensure kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers leadership and vendors
