Job Duties

- Stock and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and availability throughout the day

- Slice chop dice and portion various vegetables fruits and meats
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently following all safety protocols
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Package prepared ingredients for easy access by cooks during service hours
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team
