Job Duties
- Receive and check the quality of produce and food goods
- wash vegetables and other ingredients thoroughly
- cut and prepare produce according to standard cutting sizes
- ensure food preparation complies with Din Tai Fung’s procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- assist kitchen team with additional tasks as needed
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
